Having only recently moved to the area, and not having a car of my own at the moment, i was recommended your company by a couple of your regulars. However, I'm not sure whether I've actually arrived in the UK, or am still, in fact,in the middle east, as i have never, ever, endured such poor, incomprehensible service as "eastleigh cab company". I have now, in my two weeks of moving to the area, been late for.... TWO interviews, FOUR days of work, and on TWO occasions not had a cab turn up at all, leaving me stranded, as a girl, on my own, in the middle of the night. The only thing you can really count on with eastleigh cabs, is that you know where you stand: you will consistently be late, and pay through the nose for it. You have some lovely drivers, who are both considerate, and apologetic for your service, but there's only so much they can say when they are half an hour late, for the third time that week. After living in several areas of the globe, you continue to be the poorest example of service to date. Due to my current position, I am in contact with many, many people on a daily basis asking for cab company numbers. I can promise you one thing, I will never recommend yours again. shocking.
