When she finally emailed me the next day, she said a guest emailed them anonymously and said I was rude ( didn't happen because no guest were there yet) then changed it and said venue staff emailed them, also didn't happen because little did they know, my friends own the place and they had never been there. So some random waitress, who didn't know who you guys were magically emailed you a fake scenario? Ok. THEN they lied and said that my guests posted pics on IG in front of the balloons, again NEVER HAPPENED. They offered a refund for the backdrop, I took it, never once addressed the lack of communication or acknowledged they said they would call me and didn't. Your choices are to take what they give you or have a blank space where the balloons are? I asked if they could fix the backdrop and they said it's too far to go and come back. This business is a JOKE! I guess if you want to plan a party and ruin it, they would be a good fit but other than that, stay away. There is always someone there to guide you through the experience. Customer service is amazing! There is always someone with a smile ready to help. The backgrounds and props available are super fun. They also have one of those 360 video spin cameras which are super fun! Filters and effects are also an option. The cool thing about these is that you can print the pictures but you also get a text with a digital option and access to the entire event online album. So easy and convenient!
