This lovely shop is well organized, so you can walk around without getting that claustrophobic bull-in-a-china-shop feeling that one experiences at most second hand and antique shops. No musty smell of moth balls and dust is a very nice touch as well. They have the nicest furniture in town by far. The owners are so sweet and such a pleasure to do business with. If you let them know you are looking for a specific item, they will keep you updated when they have a new piece in that meets your requirements. When you look at modern furniture constructions with its particle board and plastic laminates, it's easy to see why in several years it's falling apart and looks rough. Yet when you look at the solid wood and made to last construction of antiques you see something that proves its worth just by its age and serviceability. As the saying goes buy quality so you only pay once and cry once, rather than buying modern often. I shop at Broadway Exchange for several reasons. The owners are very knowledgeable about the pieces they offer. The selection is varied and there is a level of turn over so you're not looking at the same stuff all the time. Their prices are good and when compared nationally they are fantastic. The owners are genuinely great people that care about the community and Enid as a whole. As neither of our cars can fit a mattress, we of course ask that our mattress be delivered. Not only did it take a month for our mattress to arrive in store (when we were told it would take 2 weeks), it took another 3 weeks for our mattress to actually be delivered to us (rather frustrating, as we had been sleeping on an air mattress up until that point). Every time I called to confirm if our mattress was being delivered, I was told that it was on the schedule but delivery was either canceled on us or they just never delivered. I understand they can only deliver mattresses twice a week, but I'm guessing that since delivery is a major part of their business it seems rather unacceptable that it should take so long! On top of this, the final time I called to confirm delivery, the person on the phone was extremely rude. If I had to buy a mattress in Enid again, I would check out one of the other mattress stores in town.

The couch its self seems fine but the cushions are falling apart they are junk. We called the store and told them about it they refused to do anything be called and called and they said "we've never seen anything like this ever and we've been open for 20 years" and I was like oh yeah really? I called them back a few days later they said the same thing.. a few More days I call them back and the same thing.. then about 2 weeks goes by they said we still don't have answer for you.... And I said well the payment is due next week they said we don't know what to tell you but we think its customer damage...A few more days go by nothing... I called them back a day before the payment was due and David ( the sales manager) said he knew nothing about it then he said they will send people out to look at it and take pictures... I said ok.. they came out yesterday and they guys who came out said that they always see that and its normal basically just saying "we sell junk that's normal" but they said they can replace the cousins and repair the couch where it was tearing... I said ok when they said the GE general manager has to approve it I said ok. So today I called the store and still nothing I set on hold for 2 hours and nothing came out of it eventually they just wont answer the phones at all. So I am stuck paying on a broke peace of crap couch and not only that I have a dryer though them so far so good on that but im sure it will go wrong before its paid off... I owe over $1000 on this couch and its only $600 cash price... Aaron's prices are out of control dont go here they will screw you over every way they can.... They store sucks big ones and now I see where all of the bad reviews are coming from please don't go here if you do you are going to get nothing but junk.
