He relisted the house as active without presenting the offer to the seller and days before having any signed documentation that I was no longer pursuing the house. He refused to present the post inspection offer to his client and did not allow his client to decide what they wanted to do. Next, he thought it was okay to give the inspection report I had paid for to the next potential buyer without removing my personal information. I would not recommend this agency to my enemies.

Presently I will not encourage anyone to use their Title agency again. Absolutely no service from Evans Title is requested now. I don't know why that check mark appeared. The quality of service and the responses given after the recent transaction was unsatisfactory. Hoping and praying no one else will have the moments of stress I had when I discovered what happened with my closing.
