Lucien called his team and found Dillon, who was close by and able to come out quickly. Dillon was very friendly and competent. He quoted me $200 for a house call...very standard for the area. Dillon uncovered the faulty circuit breaker. He cleaned it as good as he could that afternoon and returned the next day with a brand new "contemporary style" breaker which he installed. Problem fixed! Prompt, clean, efficient and friendly. Who can ask for more? The $200 service call included the new circuit breaker. If I ever have another electrical issue, I'm only calling the team at Laguna Electric.

I called Mike to have three (3) ceiling fan insulations for my home, but it addition, Tristynn was able to fix an electrical problem with my air conditioner, find and correct improper wiring issues with my fuse box which the house construction electricians had sloppily overlooked, and explain the background of each issue in a manner which was clear and easy to understand. Since Tristynn was doing such a great job, I got him to install a wall charger for my EV, on the same day, at a competitive price. Furthermore, Tristynn took extra time from his busy schedule to run to The Home Depot to obtain some electrical parts that he needed to execute a proper finish to the job. Listen folks, I'm originally from the East Coast, where many electricians arrive late, overcharge for simple work, and do a rushed and messy job so they can quickly move to another customer. He looked over my panel and my homes electrical needs and he wondered why my insurance company would require this change. He didn't see a need for the upgrade under my current circumstances. After his visit, I contacted my insurance company and found they were misinformed about the type of panel I had and once this info was corrected....I no longer had to do an upgrade. Although I ended up not doing business with Pete's company, I am thankful for how he handled this. I never felt any pressure from him to do this job. Amazing!!!! My initial consultation was with Pete, who arrived on time as scheduled. We discussed what we wanted, and he offered helpful suggestions while clearly explaining the scope of work. He estimated the job would take a day and a half to complete. On the first day, we were told the technicians would arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, and they showed up a few minutes early. Daniel and four additional team members came to complete the work. I wasn't expecting that many people, but everyone stayed focused on their tasks and completed the work by 5 PM. Having a larger crew made the job go much faster. The second day of work took place a couple of days later due to other projects we had scheduled, but Armes Electric was very accommodating and flexible with our timeline. Andres and another technician returned to finalize the outlets and install the lighting. They also helped with a few additional items that weren't included in the original work order, but they gladly assisted us without hesitation. We were very pleased with the finished work and highly recommend Armes Electric.
