I went to the Lionheart location on 7th Ave. in Bozeman today, 7-11-26 to celebrate their customer…read moreappreciation and to stock up on some edibles. I purchased 2 Cinnabars and 6 sour green apple packets of gummies. All 8 items were supposed to be in their $10 discount bin. I was charged $20 EACH for the Cinnabars and $18 EACH for the gummies. Hardly a bargain bin price. When I confronted the manager about the overcharge, he made the excuse that sales tax on recreational is high (which it is) but refused to explain why the 8 items did not ring up at the bargin bin price of $10 each, as stated on their mark down price sheet displayed on the counter. After pressing him for an explanation, and him just continuing to point out the sales tax, I became frustrated, raised my voice and he told me to take my bag and leave the store, basically kicking me out. Needless to say, after many years of patronizing this establishment, my loyalty to the store has been terminated by today's experience. I will be vocal about today's experience going forward. There are many dispensaries in the Bozeman area so there is no reason to tolerate one that has deceptive pricing and no customer satisfaction.
