Lots of local artists and some visitors (I met a performing couple from Virginia) show up to entertain us all. You're sure to hear songs that you know and love as some of the musicians play acoustically and some with driving electric tones. Don't forget to visit the restrooms upstairs. It's not a terrible drive from Fort Mill, SC, about 45 minute on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to park right in front of the Venue and my ticket was waiting at will call. A smooth and easy check-in and I was able to talk to Todd before the show. I've seen him several times when he collaborates with other musicians but this was the first time solo. He played a mix of originals and covers. After several songs others joined him for several songs. They were all great on a Dave Mason original, Feelin Alright. Many know the song from the Joe Cocker cover. The band was great, Todd with some great guitar licks and a lead riff, the bass player was laying the line, the drummer on time and the keyboard player, Bazz The GranDude, with a nice mini-solo. Very impressed with the lady on the mixing board. She was out front on her iPad and got the vocal & instrument mix solid. It was a fun time and I hope to return before the summers done.

The manager took issue with our clear stadium bags, even though they fully complied with the size…read morerequirements listed on the venue's own website. We specifically purchased these bags to meet their stated policy, yet he insisted they were too large and initially told us we would not be allowed entry. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way it was handled. Even after we showed him the venue's own specifications proving the bags were permitted, he refused to acknowledge the mistake and continued to treat us disrespectfully. Rather than resolving the issue professionally, he chose to double down and create an unnecessarily hostile experience. As you can see in the images, it fits their criteria. Because of this interaction alone, I will not attend another event at this location.

I appreciate that this is a smaller venue, but my friend was sent away because she had a small…read morefanny pack on her. When she told the security guard that she needed the bag to hold her tampons and she didn't have pockets so what was she supposed to do, the guy responded with "figure it out". We had to walk all the way back to the parking deck to leave both of our small bags and put whatever we could fit into my jean pockets. I guess some men don't understand that women's clothing isn't always made with pockets and we have something called a menstrual cycle, so it may not be so simple to "figure it out".
