The hotel location is a very quick three minute walk to the Lourdes Shrine. The hotel is clean but does not look like the photos on the website. The room was large but the beds are very small. The toilet is in a separate part of your room and not with the shower. There is no AC so windows must be left open to get cool air. The food is just awful! Hotel is very close to the Lourdes grotto , a short 3 minute walk. An older style of decor and layout in the lobby and dining areas but the room we had seems standard : twin beds for double occupancy and thermostat control. Porter service and elevator for at least four at a time. Toilet is separate from sink and bathtub/shower. In room safe needs your own combination so either write it or use some you remember! Breakfast buffet for our group of 47, with fresh bread and croissants. I like trying dairy products while overseas- they are oftentimes creamier and flavorful. Very close to shops for religious articles and other souvenirs. Cafes and restaurants plentiful. Most people take home containers of the Lourdes spring water , which is know. Where do I even begin? First, the pros: This hotel is conveniently located near the church. As soon as you leave the hotel, you are on the street with lots of shops selling Catholic merchandise and Lourdes souvenirs. The lobby appears classy and free wifi is provided. The cons: our room was small and smelled of paint. We had a 3-person room - 1 full size bed and 1 sofa bed. read more

This was one of the worst hotels ever. Old building. Old rooms. One, maybe two electrial outlets. One of them was an extension cord. Had to unplug the refrigerator to use it. Part of a tour group that booked us into this rathole. Stay here if you want to be close to the grotto and church and all the other hotels are booked. Terrible. read more
