There appeared to be an overwhelming caseload, which often resulted in confusion regarding court dates, meeting times, and case-related communications. Important details were frequently mixed up, creating unnecessary stress and requiring constant follow-up. Communication was another significant concern. Emails were often written in an unprofessional tone, and when mistakes occurred, there was little to no accountability. Instead of acknowledging errors and working collaboratively to resolve them, responsibility was often shifted elsewhere. At the same time, delays from clients or others involved in the case were met with criticism and impatience, creating a frustrating double standard. Perhaps most concerning was the overall lack of confidence this experience inspired.
