He spent nearly 35 minutes helping me diagnose an A/C issue on my Escalade, taking the time to see if we could simply recharge the system instead of immediately assuming it needed an expensive repair. Kaleb was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help me save money if possible. Even though we weren't able to solve the problem with just refrigerant, I really appreciated the effort he put in and never felt rushed. It's rare to find someone willing to invest that much time to help a customer without expecting anything in return. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition. I am old school type person. I still like this place but getting stuff like plastigauge, piston…read morering pliers, hydraulic crimping tool. Have to wait 5 days to get it out of Georgia. I still use them but it is only for basic stuff! No professional engine builders tools! What a disappointment!!!!
