After being in Spain for a week, Leo's cappuccino (which he asked us how strong we would like it and we said very), was perfectly strong and balanced & better than all the coffees we've tried (which were maybe 10-12 different places. He's very passionate about making coffee the right way and shares that only a few places in Malaga do so and we believe him.
