I happened upon this beauty clinic and they were able to instantly get me in for a manicure. I wish I had caught my nail artist's name because she was so nice, fun to talk to and did a wonderful job on my nails. I haven't had a manicure in such a long time and it was so pampering! It was a good price and the salon was very clean and nicely decorated. They offer many other services here which I'm sure are all wonderful.

Hair: I find the hair cutting quite good, but it really depends on the stylist. I always get a senior stylist since the junior ones here are not great. I've always been happy with my haircuts here, except they don't colour black hair like they do in Dublin salons, which is weird. They say they can't do it, but I've died my hair many colours in the Dublin salons. The beauty treatments here are great. Not too expensive, but the waxing can be a bit slow. However, they do nice facials, massages, body wraps and manicures. The inside of the salon is also really nice after the refurbished it, and I think it is the best and most popular one in Galway. PS: The salon is up a flight of stairs, no wheelchair access.

You get a nice bathrobe and slippers and the staff are very professional yet friendly. The facials here are much better than regular beauty salons and the products they use smell gorgeous. They also have some great deals and packages where you can get half and full day spa packed from 99 to 150 euro which includes the use of the thermal suite, and some that include lunch or cocktails. The atmosphere is so relaxing with nice relaxation chairs, dim lights, cushions, magazines and self service tea. I would highly recommend this spa for a massage or bath treatment as the quality is very high and the service is excellent.

I finally searched waxing in Galway in Google and I found this great solution. Carolina runs this business and is an extremely friendly young lady. It mentioned that there was no store front and she is only available by appointment. I called and inquired and she said if I came an hour later she would be ready. She gave me the exact address and I had no problem with her directions. Now, although waxes themselves are really never pleasant, this wax went very smoothly. It was probably the most bearable wax I've ever had. Carolina does a great job making you feel right at home. She uses a nice wax for very sensitive skin like mine, and it was fast and relatively painless. If I lived in Galway, I would be a loyal customer and never go anywhere else. I whole heartedly recommend Carolina. There are many more reviews on Facebook if you look up body waxing in Galway.
