garbage, took my truck for an alignmen they told me I had to replace all my tie rods and charged me…read more40 for the diagnostic or something, after replacing the tie rods and taking it back they charged me 65 for the alignment and with a paper saying that they couldn't align the car correctly and that they did their best and that if I wanted them to do it right I would have to pay more. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Gave us the day to pick up... mind you not once was there any communication until we called ready to pick up to be told that either a part was missing or that there's a leak or that he needs more time or SOMETHING mind you always the day we are scheduled to pick up calling in to verify a time and that is when he always had a different reason and needed an additional week. We have three additional weeks. Finally I told him I need my car we aren't waiting anymore. He always had an excuse when it came to us getting our car. I get things happen but why after a month of having my vehicle is when you realize a part was missing or that there was a leak the day you're suppose to deliver because you told us to get a rental that you wanted extra run time and drive time to make sure everything is great?! Mind you yes he got us the rental we lost a day off of our trip and we wanted our car not the fault of us that he refused to give us our vehicle. We finally had to get stern and tell him we want our car now we aren't waiting. Also said/offered to have his buddy as he called to have it inspected and everything good to go when we got back from our trip. Tell me how today we get our car when once again it was suppose to be yesterday but he claimed he ran out of gas on the side of the road he wanted to wait again until 5pm today. No sir we want our car now. So we get the car back finally today may 31st around 10am. He has it on a bed truck when he told us he was driving it to make sure all the good stuff. So check engine light on, cracked intake from the inside (it was dropped) so it's leaking! The oil filter was a ford truck filter had to redo all of that and when we call him to inform not even 20 min after he left he says well I'll come back and get it and fix it. Excuse me? No sir you just held our car hostage for over a month. We asked him to fix his wrong doings that we are now having to additionally fix and he blocked us called us crooks and said we are sick people. oh and of course he didn't get it inspected because duh it wouldn't have passed also he sealed the crack for the leak he just found YESTERDAY that didn't fix the problem and also kept telling us he forgot to tell us about issues when they were called out to him. Never communicated the whole experience he had excuses and reasons to keep our car and also messages stating that the car was empty when he got it so he was stranded on side of road when suppose to have delivered the car. If you kept our car for run time and driving it for that week you asked for additionally why is there no gas we document and record everything because we have been screwed over so many times when it comes to car shit. Very unprofessional and not satisfactory at all. Doesn't hurt to be a good person, money isn't the issue we wanted what we paid for and not more work that we have to correct when no one has every touched or took apart this car. @tooltechautorepair do better!
