Erica was INCREDIBLE. I was initially going to ask her to come to us, but I stupidly listened to my father and went with Triple A to get our notary work done because it would be free as they are premier members. I drove from LA and met my elderly parents at the Triple A. Aside from my parents also accidentally forgetting their paperwork and having to go back home, the person, the other things that were difficult were that we needed to have their lawyers on zoom witnessing all the signatures. We also needed a 2nd witness which I was told over the phone that Triple A would do, yet when I got there, they said that they weren't allowed to do so. Not only that, the Triple A notary person was super unaccommodating fresh out the gate and perhaps because she was overworked, was short/rude-ish even we were all politely interacting. When I realized none of this was going to happen in a good way, we left Triple A, and I immediately called Erica to see if she was able to come to my parents house. She said that she'd be able to in 1.5 hours. I called the lawyers, who were able to accommodate the time change of our appointment. All was set. Erica came on time, was super professional, knew what to ask and how to amend our lawyers accidental mistake on one of the forms, and did everything by the books. Erica is also SUPER friendly and happily took off her shoes in my immigrant parents home. She was kind and personable with them, I could see my parents instantly feel at ease with her. She also acted as the 2nd witness for us. We all took her card (including my friend who acted as the 1st witness). And we will be sharing her information with all our people. With elderly parents and with the need for wifi for the zoom, we needed someone with patience and professionalism. Erica is perfection. Erica served two defendants that were difficult to serve. Her service was key to winning my case not once, but twice and having a successful bank levy. When the defendants filed a motion to vacate and claim of exemption, I knew they would claim they weren't properly served, so at the very last minute, I had her sign off on a letter describing how the service was executed. We had an appointment with this Mobile Notary at 1 pm on 6/26/2020. They never showed up. I had to contact them in order to get a response, because they never bothered to let us know they were running late or couldn't make it. I called the number on their website which went straight to voicemail. The voicemail was full so I couldn't even leave them a message. They eventually texted back with the excuse that they were coming from L.A. and were in "unexpected traffic." We waited until past 3 pm and finally gave up. We had to drive over an hour to get to our friend's home where we were going to meet the notary. On top of wasting our time and gas, the most irritating part was that this person didn't seem to care. No other communication was sent to us by this person. Nothing! Were they even stuck in traffic? When we checked the traffic conditions we didn't see any major back-ups or problems that would cause the notary to be more than 2 hours late. Considering there are so many options for notaries you would think this person would take better care of their customers and care more about their business. We'll just go somewhere else but despite the positive reviews on Yelp trying to do business with this person was a complete waste of our time. Be warned. read more

I was looking for a place to do taxes. I called this place because of the rating. I called and a lady answered just hello. So I was confused in regards to whether this was the actual business or not. So I said that I had found the number on google and did not know if it was the right number still but I wanted to know if they do taxes. The lady said pretty much questioning herself that she could. So it just made it more skeptical. I asked was it an acutal business or on the side thing. She said she did not know what I meant and she hung up. Well did not get to do business with them but the way it happened no thanks. If it was a personal cell phone she is using to conduct the business which is fine since it is a mobile service I suggest either get a separate one for the business specifically or learn to always answer your phone with the name of your business. I am pretty sure if it is a family member they won't mind because they know you run a business. Despite the 5 stars due to my experience gave it 1. 1. Learn to answer the phone professionally and you will not get questioned whether it is the right number or not. 2. If you are business person be confident when someone asks you something and do not question yourself. Just makes you look unprofessional. I had just driven 6 hours down to SoCal from NoCal and had to find someone local that same evening.
