Or, if you're just there to browse they're more than happy to leave you to do so. So I went in, had a good chat with the staff, got my new phone, got the contacts transferred across there and then and I was off... you can't ask more than that... no time wasted, but nothing was rushed... other retailers should use this as a model of how things should be done. Sure, some people are Apple haters and I can sort of understand why... fanboys have a rose-tinted view of things and the company can be a tad over-confident on occasion, but when it comes to customer service I'm yet to experience better!

The only thing I would mention is that although the staff are immensely useful as regards Games Workshop products, don't expect recommendations for D&D or other role-playing games, they're very sales-minded and frown on it!
