At Park Pub, we had the Come and Get This Pollen, I'm The Problem, I'm Vanilla Baby, and Tom Holland cocktails. Each one offered a unique experience, and I loved every single one. The bar also has a cozy Western vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. One of the best parts is that you can order food from any of The Food Factory's restaurants and enjoy it right at the bar. Take advantage of that--you'll thank me later. We kicked off our food journey with Buttercrust Pizza, ordering the Kickin' Hawaiian on the ultra-thin crust. Their pineapple is seasoned, which takes the flavor of the pizza to another level. It was so good I couldn't stop eating it. Next, we ordered from Grilled Cheezus. Their take on the classic grilled cheese comes with a bowl of tomato soup, but here's the fun part: the sandwich is pressed in a waffle maker. One of the many bars along Mills 50 to infuse beautiful design into their space, the Sunroom is a swanky lil' modern bar with a good amount of indoor seating. There is some shared outdoor seating for the bar and eatery in the plaza where the Sunroom is located, so keep that in mind if you want to sit outdoors. However, check with bar staff about bringing drinks outdoors (I don't believe you can - but don't quote me on that). Beyond that, you should be able to find seating in the Sunroom, which you enter from the rear of the building. Upon arrival, we were greeted fairly quickly by the bartenders and were able to place our orders. I ordered the Cafe Bandito (which is a play on the espresso martini), and it was DELISH! It was well-balanced and just had a great finish. I must note that the Sunroom is a tad pricier than its neighbor, The Guesthouse. So, keep that in mind if you are looking for budget-friendly options. However, they make a great cocktail here, and it's definitely worth the visit every once in a while! Might as well TREAT yourself! All in all, great spot for a girls' night, date night, or just a solo adventure! Which was fine but I know many times if you order something and they can clearly tell you didn't like it, they will say sorry either wipe it from the bill or offer some type of credit (drink credit for another time or something). I haven't been to more than 30 bars around here so I'm not sure what everyone's policy is but I know times when I've been out with others and someone didn't like it, people are usually really nice about it and willing to help in some way. Not the worst thing but it just made me more inclined to not want to go back. We also went pretty late and you could tell the bartenders were wanting to hurry up and get everything cleaned so that they could leave. They really didn't want to make conversation with anyone and were just trying to hurry up and get their stuff cleaned out.
