6/15/20 DAYS GONE:) I…read morehaven't gotten to far into the game, but I have taken on 5 to 6  undead with baseball axe.  I found this to fun, but what is even better, is taking on a hordes of undead zombies... (zombies that eat just about anything and drink water)...and you will come across them whether you like it or not. I enjoy taking a ride through the country, but the undead is not the true threat. It the humans you come across.   Think of this saying..."Only the strong shall surrive"  so what do you think happens to the weak? This would force people to band together. Strength in numbers right? Zombies, Gangs, Rapist , murderers and thieves.   I will finish by saying this.  People who shit on you aren't necessarily your enemy. People who get you out of shit aren't necessarily your friend.  So if you're warm and happy,  you should keep your big mouth shut. If you scream for help in this game, you don't know who will answer.  I look forward to seeing and exploring this open world game. I would also note that this gaming company has made the following games.  1996Bubsy 3DPlayStation1999 Syphon Filter 2000 Syphon Filter 2 2001 Syphon Filter 3 2004 Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain PlayStation 2 2006 Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 2 2007 Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow 2009 Resistance: Retribution PlayStation Portable 2011 Uncharted: Golden Abyss PlayStation Vita 2011 Uncharted: Fight for Fortune 2012 Days Gone PlayStation 4 2019 I was very surprised to learn Uncharted was on their list for the short lived Playstation Vita. What's  even mor amazing is the fact I aquired one only to sell it months later.  I watched the entire playthrough of Uncharted Golden Abyss and enjoyed this game as much as the playstation versions. I even remember reading something about Naughty Dog wanting other companies to take up the reins should Naughty Dog decided they are done with the Uncharted Series.   I did not know until now that some has done just that. Bend Studios took the challenge and made one hell of an Uncharted game for a Game Boy size system.  Unfortunately I have no idea what the other gams are like with the exception of Days Gone.  This company has been around since 1993 even it were under different names. What matters is they are here today and still kicking. The are two games I would for them to take up the mantel for. United Front's Sleeping Dogs II which was canceled. The other game would be The Darth Maul game which was also canceled by Lucas Arts.    There is good news from what I read a few days ago. Bend Studios is planning on a Days Gone II. This is still in the early stages so anything can happen. Nevertheless,  I will look forward to playing the sequel should it happen. The game will be on Playstation 5 when it does. I will buy that system too:)

I have to say, my experiences at this location have been pretty good and mainly due to a member of…read morethe team. The store is typical, stocked with the usual Game Stop items and pretty organized, nothing special here. What stands out to me is one member of the team in particular who always went above and beyond to ensure that the customer was taken care of and would be coming back to the store. I think her name is Naomi, totally failed to write it down after my last stop in before I moved away from the area but she is fresh out of HS and very mature business-wise, really loves her job and it shows. Game Stop would be wise to cultivate this one and move her into management!

I was told they would purchase it back for $6.00, I purchased for $25.00, on my credit card. When I said , "Really", the male personnel on duty told me to try returning it to Walmart, as they had no such return policy, essentially telling me to lie to another company, so Gamestop keeps the money no matter what. No wonder this company is in the throes of bankruptcy. I will be happy to contribute what I can to the bankruptcy as I will cease ever giving them another dime! To say this employee was an unprofessional, b#,ch is being quite generous, I would love to see her reprimanded soundly!

Like most millennials that have entered adulthood, I have very fond memories of going to…read moreblockbuster as a kid. It was our weekly tradition. I would save up my money for preowned movies, and video games. And it was always such a treat. Getting to see something new. I was definitely sad on blockbuster filed for bankruptcy and started closing locations. But I'm really glad there's one left on the planet. The location was easy to find, and there was a good but small parking lot. The staff was very pleasant to work with. I am sure they get tons of questions about how blockbuster is doing, how the store is holding up, etc. There was so much blockbuster type of merchandise, apparel, and gifts that it felt like it was its own souvenir store in addition to still offering movie rentals. Seeing the display of a late 80s early 90s living room, complete with couch, movie on VHS, Pokémon cards on the table, VHS covers, etc. really warmed my heart. I felt like it was a nine-year-old watching Dragon Ball Z in front of the Family TV again. There were plenty of displays for movie props, autographs, news covers about the store being the last on the planet. It was like a time capsule to cinema, life in the 80s and 90s, and today. Walking the aisles, definitely felt like I was back in blockbuster. For a moment, I felt like I was a kid again, looking for the perfect movie. Really glad this was here and that I got to go to Blockbuster in my adult life. Thanks for the memories!

The friendly lady I was chatting with was telling me that yes, they get people stopping in from *EVERYWHERE.*. They have it all. Blu-rays, and DVDs for sale, and of course, they have them for rent. The rental prices are very reasonable. New releases suspense, Comedy, drama, you name it, they probably have it. They even have sections dedicated toward certain stars, when I was there, they had a "John Candy section." The blockbuster.com webpage is back online, and I was asking the lady if she knew if Blockbuster was going to be making a comeback. She said she didn't know, but she made a good point. They should. Now, if you want to see a movie, there's no guarantee that the streaming service you subscribe to will have that movie. How many streaming services would you have to subscribe to? It would be so easy just to pop in and rent your movie again. You know what they say, everything old is new again. And of course, they have hoodies, sweatshirts, and T-shirts, including one that has the classic phrase, "be kind, rewind." What a fun store.
