Of the PC's I purchased yes they are cheaper than PC World and Comet but they are still a long way short of the online bargains that are to be found. For sales and reliability I would give them 4 stars, cannot give 5 as they could be more competitive on the price and they cannot blame overheads when you see the place which could be described as out of the way and cosey. For repairs, I am not clueless when it comes to PCs but to charge £90 to say you have a virus and we need to wipe the machine clean and install the operating system again is a little scandalous. Only once in 4x have they fixed the issue without saying they need to wipe the PC. For this I would give them 1 star, an average of two but the owner is a real nice guy so an extra star for that.

The second hand games are often worth a look at though as you may be able to pick something up that is as good as new for much less than a new game. As they specialise in games and consoles though, the staff know their stuff and are really knowledgable in the world of consoles and games. It is a tidy little store and you get good service but I would advise anyone to shop around especially if looking for the latest games.
