Had a damaged faulty TV…read moredelivered to me and I was told it would be collected and exchanged for a new one in one day only for the faulty one to be collected and no new TV delivered! No one in-store will help as it's an online order, and when you call customer services all they say is you'll have to wait for a phone callback which never happens either. Been promised a managers call now to log a complaint probably 30+ times, and I'm still waiting for that as well as my replacement TV. Go elsewhere, even if you have to pay more!

Video games are expensive, yet we still buy them again and again. Like most comparable shops, Cex offers a trade in service where they buy your games in exchange for either cash back or a great trade in value. Cex offers the best prices in town on trade ins. Cex also offers a wide range in older games consoles and their games. If you are fed up of the next generation machines, then come along to Cex and buy a Gamecube or a PS2. The games range from 3-10 pounds, a much cheaper option than buying brand new cutting edge games. Cex offers choice to the consumer and doesn't rip people off. With a domineering online market, Cex seems to still stay strong and this can only be because of the premier service and prices that they offer.

If you are a BIG kid like me you will love this store!…read more Lots of nostalgic games that I remember from being a kid are here - kerplunk, operation, frustration the list goes on! The array and range of games they have here is unbelievable. Lots of games and puzzles for all ages, and baby accessories such as cots. They also have electric bikes and cars, Wendy houses and bikes. The only downside is that if you go here at the weekend, you can queue for a little while and this can take even longer if there are cranky kids in front! If you can't find the game you want I will be amazed!

The only problems I have ever had are when I have returned an item after Christmas and the queue is out of the door! The staff are great though and I feel sorry for them when they are that busy. Also recently found out they do a stock take around March (i think) so if you have ever wondered why they don't have much stock just after Christmas it is something to do with that and not ordering new stuff until after the stock take - was explained to me by a member of staff last year but I'm sure it was along the lines of that!!
