If your smart never waste you money at this store i just bought a new ps5 from here a couple months ago the disk drive broke and wouldnt take a disk he said he could take a trade in and sell me a used one the cost was 375 dollars come to find out he could of sold me a disk drive for $80.00 i called back and stated my case and asked if i could come back and buy a disk drive and get my ps5 back and get a refund he told me no that he couldn't these people are thieves and i hope the sells person rots in hell because he deserves it i will never buy anything from this store again and you shouldnt either. read more

Online store does not make shipping method clear and may take more than 3 days before they will ship items sometimes shipping after projected arrival date has passed. Changed my 2-3 day shipping to 4-7 (said was gonna be free but was not) and while other stores like best buy can send games to you by release date (for pre-ordered games) they make take up to two weeks after release. So easier, cheaper, and faster to buy from other online retailers. No problems on retail store just don't expect much from online. read more

Decent selection and really good prices. Its your average game stop store though, nothing spectacular that really stands out when you walk in. They take trade in games which is nice. The staff is friendly and the store is always tidy and clean. read more
