Sat in parking lot for 20 minutes. They had a note that said knock or call. Drove 45 minutes just for my time to be wasted. Do better

NOTE: this is a review of their satellite branch that operates in Clifton County mall…read more This place is great. Movies are used but very cheap, and they actually organize them by category and name. Who does that? As a result, it is super easy to go in and see what they have. Furthermore, unlike buying movies online that arrive scratched and unable to play, I think they must recondition them before sale because they look great and I have never had a problem with a disc not playing. They also have movie posters, collectible magazines, Hess trucks, sports memorabilia, and who knows what else? However, I just go for the movies. When I can get a bunch of DVDs for $20 (the cost of a new movie these days), I am a happy camper.

The floor to ceiling movie shelves has a giant selection of movies for excellent deals if your a movie/gamer or it's a great place to venture with the kids on a Friday for some good selections. The owners are the friendliest folks who love to chat & seem 2know all their repeat customers on a personal basis. They are so organized when you are lost in a huge selection & ask if they have a certain movie they have them all logged & find them fast. An excellent store with great people who keep u coming back 4more.

This is my favorite local GameStop, so I reserve all my games and make all my trade-ins at this…read morelocation. The store manager, Ed, is very knowledgeable with everything related to video games, and as hard as I have tried - I still cannot stump him! His staff is always eager to assist customers and is just as educated about all the new releases and upcoming pre-orders available. The store is very clean and organized, but it can get crowded on the weekends, especially around the holidays. They offer excellent midnight release events that make time fly, particularly when you know you'll be calling in sick to work the next morning because you have been playing your new game until 5 AM! This is also one of the lucky stores to begin selling Android tablets, and I'm so glad that GameStop has immediately recognized that tablets are paving the way as a new popular gaming platform. Their selection of used games is extensive, but the bulk of them tend to be for the Wii, and their PC game selections are very limited, even though they now offer Steam pre-paid cards. I highly recommend their GameStop Power-Up Rewards membership, not only for the deep discounts on used games and trade-ins, but also for the free one-year subscription to Game Informer magazine. (I've had mine for several years, and I have saved several hundred dollars) As we already know, the prices and trade-in values at GameStop can be questionable, but this particular store stands out with its exceptional customer service, which often helps me overlook the fact that I spend way too much on video games;) See you there!

Starting off, I was in the store for about 15-20 minutes and the long line was very slow moving…read more Despite having two cashiers, Speed was clearly not the name of the game with them. It's a small space, which doesn't allow for a lot of movement when it's crowded, and jam packed with merchandise. Merchandise was not organized well either, Items were scattered all over and hard to find. Also far too privacy. The difference between used and new only came down to 3-4 dollars, Also don't see why they have some cases marked Used and others Pre-Owned despite being the exact same thing. And the true gem of my first trip here in years was when I was leaving. A customer comes in and says "I just bought this game and..." He proceeds to open it and reveal there is no game. The employee "apologizes" and brushes it off as nothing happened and gives them the right case. This marks the first time I've been to the store in several years and the last time.
