DVD I rented was scratched up beyond being able to watch it, and I had got…read moreit because I was in bed recovering from a surgery so I couldn't go back-and-forth at the time. So that was a bit of a bummer. Also the candy I bought was like a year expired. However I don't want to give this store a bad review overall because later I went back and they replaced both the movie and the candy. However, I still have to have them go behind the counter to get the candy with the most recent date. I guess they must not be getting as much traffic but it would be nice if they would pull the old stuff from the shelves. I have not rented videos there that don't work, since then, and I have rented a couple more times. Everyone there is always very friendly. They have a clean, accessible bathroom, which is always nice. Overall I like this place but the problems were a hassle so, since I have to consider both the product and the service, my review is lukewarm.

If they see someone standing by a display case, they ask if you want to see anything. It is nice that they find you not you having to hunt a staff person down. The staff do not seem pushy or insulting. All in all, an ok place to shop or sell something.
