As you might suspect from a small start up landscaping business they are not licensed with NC landscaping board and that's ok for what they provide. Where I find people should be warned is anything bigger than mowing your grass and you will meet all the unprofessionalism, care for the customer and commonsense. You will more than likely get a product equal to or less superior than what you could have done your self but you will get asked to pay a premium price afterwards far exceeding the estimate. This is to pay for all of the lack of ordering materials and actually knowing what he's doing!
