My 3 1/2 mon old puppy died this afternoon. I know that most of you have a glowing review for this clinic but as of today that is not my experience. I had my puppy in there yesterday afternoon where she was diagnosed with hook worms and possible parvo. I didn't have the money to pay at the time of service so I made an agreement to pay them today after 4 pm ( it's just before 3 right now) She was doing a little better this morning when I called them this morning to give them an update on her condition. At around noon today she took a turn for the worst and I called them and they told me to bring her in and I headed out. 15 minutes later I received a call that I could not bring her in unless my balance was paid via the Owner and apparent Dr. but we'd had an agreement and the clinic broke it. She died 30 minutes later at a different Vet ER. I don't know about you but that seems like the owner/Dr was more worried about the money then the life of my 6 yo son with CF's beloved puppy. I've worked in the medical field and we wouldn't have dared do that to a patient and I don't know how animals deserve to be be treated as less than humans. I didn't even know the Dr's name until I called and asked who saw her yesterday. Needless to say... I won't be going back and hope this never happens to anyone else's pet. I now have to go tell my little boy his puppy died. read more
