Eight months later I did out that the order had never been put in. So they did it again and then said it would be 4-6 weeks. We were promised phone calls and e-mails when the marker was finished and when it came in. We got nothing. So two weeks before the ONE YEAR anniversary of my brothers death we start calling and I go by his grave every day to see if the marker is there. They promise it will be done in a week. It isn't. I go back and they say it will be done by the weekend. It isn't. So the executor of my brothers will had to bear down on them and get the marker set in place the ONE DAY before the year anniversary. It took 364 days for the marker to be placed and closure for my elderly parents. One day while in there talking with them and asking what was taking so long, very nicely I might add, the dude was trying to sell me burial plots !! Asking if us and our folks had lots. These places - this place is not what it used to be. They just wanna make money. The cemetery isn't well kept anymore. There are sweet gym balls all over the graves and trash all around. It's just not well maintained aa it once was. I refuse to use this place when I pass. Shop around folks. Or go for a natural burial.

This family is a team like no other I have seen. And unfortunately I speak from experience. I visited because they buried my beautiful grandmother. I came in from out of town as her eldest grandchild. I hadn't seen some of the places in such a long time but everything was like it I had never left. Well, not EVERYTHING T-town has come a long way. But Rollins handled everything from the wake to the burial with grace and elegance. Which is exactly how my grandmother lived her life. Thank you. From the bottom and top of my heart. But you especially hope for such when you got 3 hours of sleep the night before, drove six hours straight to the parking lot for your grandmother's funeral. I literally went from the car to the restroom (for obvious reasons) and to fix my tie. As I walked out the staff were there to lead me to the back room where the rest of the family were located, as were some bottles of water. The circumstances create a subjective observation of everything, but the service went as planned. The chapel is beautiful, the team were there with tissue boxes and holding doors for everyone. They helped load the flowers in the hearse. I say this in the nicest way possible, but I hope I never see them again. But if I have to, I will be grateful it is at this location. They truly helped to ease what is a hard situation.
