Checkout was a bit weird. The store was being taken care of by all highschoolers. Our cashier was telling us one price, and the other cashier to the right kept saying it was a higher price. We were unsure if she was making up prices for something against us, so we left a lot at the counter as we felt singled out by her attitude - even with signs that signified the lower pricing. read more

Love this store. It's a quick 15 mins drive from home, lots of selection, mostly for women and girls, few items for boys and men. Covers brand from gap, old navy to banana republic and Athleta, merchandise hanged by size and style, so it's pretty easy to look at stuff fits your size. Can't recommend this place enough- especially for the expecting mothers! I was able to get 2 pairs of maternity pants here for $2 each, along with a nice dress and sweater. That's not even a fraction of what other places are charging. They have things for the whole family, although the men's selection is slim. Sidebar, I would only get clothes from this place. I bought a pair of earrings (Banana Republic) that weren't really on sale ($15) and they broke within a few uses. As you know, this place doesn't take returns. Every time I fly into Cincinnati, I'm tempted to come here! Super close to the airport and it's kind of a hot bed for cool return items. Unfortunately this place has gotten way more expensive probably due to popularity. Back in the day, you could get Athleta gear for five bucks an item. Now it's more like $20 but it's still usually a good deal. Unfortunately, I bought a pair of pants that looked perfect except for a rip in the crotch that I didn't notice till after I purchased it and of course no returns so I learned how to stitch. (Go me). I love this place for baby. Gap returns. If you have little kids, there's some great deals. As long as you have no real need of grabbing anything it's definitely a great place to kill an hour while you're waiting for your next plane or if you're in the area, but don't drive out of your way to come here ! read more

Travelled to the area for a few years and never knew this place existed until now! I think it's going to be a common stop in future visits. The store is attached to a warehouse and is very large and open and stocked to the max with clothes. If you're looking for athleta, banana republic, gap or old navy this is the place to go. I'd recommend planning your be there a while as you will want to flip through every rack to make sure you don't miss a great deal. When I visited the had a large amount of old navy jeans for 1.99 and all black and white shirts for 2.99! If you're looking to stick up on basics definitely worth a trip. Yes some clothes were stained or damaged, yes some of the styles were in the warehouse clearance for a reason but searching for the perfect bargain item is the fun part! It was the end of the day and the employees seemed over it. I heard some pretty vocal complaining happening but I didn't go expecting hands on styling services. My recommendation is to get there early in the morning, and go on a weekday if you can. I always like to go with a plan and specific things that I'm looking for. My wife loves this place, me not so much and here is why... Basically 70% of the merchandise they sell are for women, then a 15% for men and 15% for kids. The prices are really low since its merchandise that probably went out of season or it may have a defect, some of them are visible but the majority are not so its not a big deal, also a heads up! There are no returns, so try it on before you buy it. Overall it's a great place for women. My wife always comes out with at least 15 items or more with a mix of jeans, gym clothes, and mostly blouses from GAP, Banana Republic, Old Navy etc. and it rounds up to around $100. I've lived in Northern Kentucky my entire life and only found out about this place a couple weeks ago. I'm SO upset I never knew about this before. I love Old Navy and Athleta clothes, but always spend in their stores or at thrift stores for used. Same clothes here? $1.99-$30. Everything is easily 70-85% off retail, not all of it is torn or damaged either, just make sure to double check. Well worth the trip. My only issue is the amount of vultures around the place just grabbing clothes and stuffing them in 3-4 carts. This is a Clearance Center, not outlet. All Sales are final and merchandise may be damaged so check everything over very well before purchase. There are items from Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, and Athleta. This clearance center used to be much better. It used to be like a treasure hunt with each visit. Now each time I come, I feel like ive nearly wasted my time. I come less and less anymore because it feels like a lot of work to dig /inspect, and walk out with maybe one or two items. As with any outlet selection can be hit or miss. I used to receive coupons for use here, but they no longer accept (nor send out) any extra deals. Some days there will be extra sales on certain sections such as jeans, or sweaters. It really just seems anymore that its not that great of a deal. I've been hearing about the Gap Factory on and off for years. I've always heard pretty good things but had never taken the journey to check it out for myself. I finally made it and have so many positive things to say. It looked like they have different sales during different times of year, based on season, overstock, etc. Anyway, when I went, big kids clothing (size 14+) was on sale for $1.99. Needless to say I cleaned up. They had a lot of options for boys and girls ages 11-13ish. They also had a lot of women's leggings for $1.99. The different brands are different prices. For example, women's long sleeve shirts were on sale. Old Navy was $1.99, Gap was $4.99, and Banana Republic was $6.99. I mean if you're in the market for work clothes though, you can't really beat that. Like shopping anywhere, some stuff was unnecessarily expensive, even for a setting like this. IMPORTANT: Make sure that you try things on or are certain they fit because I'm pretty sure they DO NOT accept returns. Make sure you look really closely at your items too for rips, stains, or damage. I can definitely see myself returning in the future. In the 2000s, I used to shop here about once a year. My how things have changed. Was it there was such a limited selection of other outlet or sale prices, that I thought this was the greatest place in Kentucky? Maybe. I've since found better sales items at the regular Gap and Old Navy stores, so coming here after years later, was great disappointment. My mom described it as the Goodwill Store. Not that I'm against GW, you just don't expect GW and Gap to go hand in hand and you never find GWs busy. We arrived 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday and we were literally about 5 other shoppers there. The inside tags are marked, which was the same concept from years back. So, don't expect to find a gift here, unless you don't mind the giftee knowing that it came from here. I didn't find anything that interested me. Things that I did see that I might've purchased, but were not in sufficient shape or over priced: house shoes that looked used for $8.99. A back pack for $24.99, and individual ankle socks that looked like they had been tossed around on the floor for $1.99. read more

My sister recommended I go there, and I do not regret it! i bought about 30 things and the total cost was around 90 dollars. One hating suit was a 1.50. I've been coming to the Gap Clearance Center in Hebron for almost 2 years and I can't believe I shopped any place else beforehand! Gap, Old Navy, Athleta, Banana Republic, and more! All amazing brands at unbelievable prices! You can get something that is current, IN SEASON, on shelf in a regular store front for a fraction of the price! Dresses listed for over $200 on sale for $24.99?! Could this get any better.... Only watch out is to check over all pieces of clothing and try everything on - some items are damaged and cannot be fixed easily and there are no returns so don't accidentally waste money! As a life-time Kentucky resident, I feel this place is a hidden gem that I never knew about until recently. It's located just a few miles from CVG airport in Hebron, KY. It's not visible from a main road and if you're not looking for it, you'll easily miss it. I just recently found out about it so I decided to check ot out when I flew into CVG from a trip. It was easily found with Google maps. They have something for everyone, baby, kids, men women & maternity. The men's section was noticeably smaller than women's. Men had just a few racks of tops and bottoms. Items were separated in each section by size and by color which made finding what you wanted very easy. Some items are defective or irregular. Some things were very minor, some noticable. I got a white sweater which had noticable Mark's on it, but I opted to purchase anyway because the price was great. Once I soak it in Oxi Ckean it'll be fine. Some items were in bins that said deal of the day, those had prices lower than most other things. On the day I went they had all black dresses for $1.99. There was a bin of athletic leggings for $1.99. The leggings may have been customer returns because some of them had visible wear. They had shoes, some accessories and some underwear. There was a large selection of women's swimwear. The dressing rooms were plentiful, clean and organized. There's no limit to how many items you can take in. I probably wouldn't make a trip from Lexington just to shop there, but if I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop in. I think it would be worth stopping in just to see what the current inventory is. The pickers here are making this place very unpleasant. I stopped in when they opened on my way to work and there were multiple women with carts overflowing within 3 minutes of the store opening. They don't even look at the clothes- they just see popular styles and grab them. They have no regard for other customers and just invade your personal space and grab items from in front of you. It's really unfortunate that this is allowed and they can completely ruin the experience for others. I did talk to a store employee and she apologized but if I go back I might have to take security to help me shop along these vultures! read more

I love this store! First time going there and it was worth the trip. I am retired from an airline so I was able to fly there for the day to shop. If you are a fan of Gap brands, make sure to stop here. Budget some time to go through everything (the place is huge) and try on--2 hours would suffice. Clothes may have tears, missing buttons, non-working zippers and the odd mark on them, but most are salvageable and/or perfectly fine! Stock up on jeans and tops as cheap as $4.99 and check the bins/area by the dressing room exit for special markdowns (i.e. lounge shorts for $1.99). The only negative is that the dressing rooms are quite warm, and especially so when you've got a million items to try on! This place can sometimes be hit or miss, but it's worth the stop! read more
