I really like the concept of this store which has fun and easy to wear casual and dressy clothes. Since it's an outlet, the prices are better than the regular store and you still get the small 5% passport discount. Here is what I like about this store: - The clothes are largely displayed by color and in vignettes that will have coordinating pants, crops, tees, blouses, cardigans and jackets. I feel this organization makes it easy to buy pieces that can be mixed and matched with each other to maximize wardrobe options. - Most of the clothes can be washed and dried. Some items are specifically made to not wrinkle. There are some dressier items that require dry cleaning but their few and far between. - Even though Chico's is owned by White House/Black Market, you might not know it based on the fun colors throughout the store. Since they always have a variety of color schemes it is easy to find something in your favorite color. - The basics like tees and tanks make great layering pieces. - They have fun jewelry. - The sales staff is very engaging and helpful.

I felt like I was on an episode of "What would you do?" I tried to get up my courage to say something but couldn't find my voice. I did leave the store without buying what I picked out to buy. She was criticizing the employee for something to do with arranging a display or putting clothes away. You could tell the employee was just trying to do her job and thought she was being helpful. She didn't need this so called boss to berate her in the middle of the store. Don't shop there. I will never go in again after witnessing this rude woman.

This was the 3rd PRL Factory store I had been to this weekend, so we already had a 25% off coupon that could be added on top of any sales price. We get to the register and before we handed the coupon we noticed that no 25% discount was on the shirt. I mentioned that the rack said 25% off, and even went back to take a picture. The cashier stalled and stalled, then called a manager (african american lady with salt and pepper hair). This lady comes up takes one look at the shirt and says it wasn't the right material, and we couldn't get the discount. very rude and blunt. We hand her our coupon which she applies to the original price, and we leave. I get home and look at the receipt, and guess what... The shirt description is "WOVEN" We weren't being rude about anything, and really neither was the cashier. I just don't understand why she didn't want to honor the discount that was on the rack. I feel as if the manager felt like we were trying to hassle the young lady, when we were only trying to clarify something. She just walked up and was like nah, and in the end she was dead wrong. And while they definitely have lots of those items, they also have some pieces that work for young professionals too like fun blouses and low rise dress pants. What is nice about this store is that it carries a wide variety of sizes including ladies', petites and women's. They store is fairly large so there is a good amount of variety and lots of sale racks in the back.

I visited the store in Tyson's Corner today only to be informed by the manager that the quality of the shirts at the outlets is inferior, not overstocked items! Shirts are made overseas, of course, and it appears that the paste used on the collars is leaking through. I am out $138.94 for 2 shirts purchased in April 2024, with no recourse!! I have been a customer of BB for 20+ years, but time to move away, maybe back to LL Bean. Buyer beware, especially if shopping at an outlet mall!!!

Overall, the store is very attractive and any time I've been in its been well organized. There is a wide variety of items here from screen print tees to dresses for date night. Some clothing, especially for men, borders on hipster. The outlet is definitely less expensive than the regular, full price store but I didn't feel like I got any bargains here. For example, the shirt I purchased was $52. A similar shirt at the Banana Republic Outlet would probably cost me about $40. You can also shop the outlet online now.
