That approach always make me feel like someone's lying to me. I think there isn't any real bottom price. I guess people fall for that garbage approach. I hired Tom. I agreed to a 3.5% upcharge for the use of a credit card which I feel is an appropriate charge. Later that day I realized that his "app" had charged too much on the upcharge. I left a message and he returned the call. He immediately refunded the accidental amount. Mistakes happen, we all make them. It's a family business. They'll be around.
