Super friendly, professional and technically inclined on garage door operations. He assessed our situation and couldn't save our cheap Genie garage door opener. We have a three car garage and had another new Genie that needed to be installed for our smaller garage. He was willing to install that as part of his services in addition to a new garage opener.
