The installer took a break halfway through the day to run and pick up drywall screws (he informed me he forgot them) and left a bedsheet over the 22"x46" opening in the wall for about an hour when it was 20 degrees outside. When we asked the installer about what we were told about the 2 coats of mud and drywall being completed, after checking with and confirming with both the salesman and contractor several times, we were rudely confronted with the contract we signed which indicated they were not responsible for finishing the drywall; at least they left us the bucket of mud to do it ourselves. We were finally given a referral for a mason to complete the brickwork on the outside since it currently has what looks like cardboard (were told that they would give us the contact info for someone they recommend when the salesman was here). Lastly, be aware that you will need to contact the city inspector yourself to purchase and apply for permits since nobody at ECS ever said anything about it until we were scheduled for the install already just one week prior. It was a poor experience in that the original representative was two hours late and the second person they sent out (who indicated he was a higher rank/position than the prior rep) was rude. The prices are also unnecessarily high and that's after they have talked down the price three times (gross sales gimmicks). BUT, I was interested in a Kitchen renovation and saw an ad for home buddy.com that suggested it would give me the average/going rate for renovations in my area. After plugging in my information, it misleadingly connected me with Mad City. They texted me and I responded with "stop" per the instructions if I was no longer interested. But Mad City proceeded to call me twice that night and 10 times the following day. I picked up and talked a representative THREE times. I told them the website that I put my info into did not mention it was connected with Mad City and had I known it would, I would not have inquired. I relayed the negative experience that I was not interested in their services and the first caller was respectful. The second caller seemed unaware that I had responded to the first caller and hung up on me after I told him. The third time, I very directly told the caller that I had told two other callers that I was not interested and to stop calling me. He talked over me the whole time, like that was supposed to make me change my mind and work with them. Don't let them bully you too.

Before balancing, Kyle checked a few things, lubed the hinges, bearings and pointed out some fluid dripping from one of our car's tailpipe. After balancing the door, he tightened the chain, moved the door closer to weather strip, and even discovered and removed several wasp nests in the soffits.
