They have worked on 2 RVs (Sprinter w/ Mercedes diesel) and a Ram), 2 BMWs, a Honda CRV, and a Toyota. If they feel that they are unable to do something on these cars, they will let me know. They wanted to keep my vehicle to run test on it after six months of them having my vehicle, and not reaching out to me, nor returning any of my phone calls or messages, and giving me a big sad story about an accident, they had the previous November every time I went into the shop. they was not supposed to do anything to my vehicle. Without my permission first I explained to them that I did not have a few thousand dollars that I wanted to dump into that vehicle right now I just wanted to get it checked out and figure out what the issue was since the sensors that he was so sure was going to fix it did not. After six months of going back-and-forth in and out of the shop we got a call stating we could come pick up our vehicle when I got there. He said my bill was $750. I was baffled and had two small children who have been fighting and arguing all day so my nerves rattled I had $600 on me and without thinking I asked him if he would take 600 because I was feeling desperate in the moment completely being blindsided by the fact that my bill went from right around $100 all the way up to $750 without a phone call or Any kind of estimate or quote. I still yet have not got an itemized bill even after asking several times for one I still don't know what they have done to my vehicle. They are now holding onto my vehicle until I pay them away. I will not pay for something that I don't even know what I'm paying for. I am now going to have to hire an attorney and get my car back from them just to have it towed to another mechanic who will then have to fix whatever it was they messed up because they said they could not keep it running when that was never an issue before taking it there, the new mechanic will also have to fix the original issue. The man who claims to be the owner the son is not infact the owner His mother is the owner, and if she knew what they were doing, I'm sure she would not approve.

Paul's Columbus Auto Salvage was contacted and failed to refund the money paid nor did they exchange the part. Therefore this elderly man is out of the $428.00 he paid for the part, the cost of install at mechanic and has no truck to drive. The man still owes the mechanic $900 for installing the transmission and it is JUNK and unusable!! Owner of the Salvage yard said would call customer back and has failed to do so.

Diego stopped what he was doing and brought them in to take a look. Every step of the way, he pulled my boys in to consult. Ultimately, the engine was ruined on the car. Diego showed them the cylinder had no compression, he was able to find 2 engine options to fix the car and get them back on the road. We ultimately decided to take the car to a junkyard and the boys rented a car to finish out the trip. I appreciate them for taking the time to deal with college kids on vacation. Thank you all!
