I asked for a rough estimate so that I wouldn't need to drive around. gave her my measurement. she explained she never heard of the thickness of glass that I had, only 1/8th on tempered glass. gave me a price quote with 1/8th inch. I explained its an older door my measurement is closer to 1/4. She them told me that maybe its 3/16, I said it could be, and that I would bring it in for exact measure. But asked for a price quote for both and what other factors would effect the price. she was hesitate to give me a quote. Huffed on the phone, I stated that if this was too much for her then maybe she shouldn't bother giving me a quote and we ended the phone call. why is it too much for you to give a potential client a price quote over the phone, but not too much for me to drive to your store. rude!!
