The second return had an error and he was going to prepare a adendum. The request was placed about a year ago. He first ignored all communications for about 2 month. Finally, he responded and asked for a letter to justify of the corrections. I sent this the same day, then did not hear from him for another two months after multiple requests (phone and e-mail) to get an answer. He only answered when I sent him an e-mail stating I would report his business, at which point he said he would complete it. I have attempted to contact him multiple times since and he never answers any methods of communication. DO NOT HIRE HIS SERVICES.

The sign of a good accountant is not how he handles things when they go as planned, but how they take responsibility for a situation, follow through, and fix it when there's problems. There are dozens of other accountants in the area - avoid this joker at all costs.
