The locals hang out and drink beer and eat ham. I guess you would call that hamming it up. It's all about the ham and the ham is damn good. It can get load and hard to find a place to stand or sit. Usually this frenetic vibe throws me off, here I like it. Do when you walk by and see all that ham hanging out come on in and join the ham crew. You won't regret it. This is standard 5J quality for those fortunate enough to have had "authentic" Iberian ham. The name 5J says enough. Service was a little slow, but acceptable. Full meal included jamon y queso ... Which was fresh and had a great texture. The queso (cheese) had a real nice bite to it. The patatas for it's were hot and crispy. Really above average ... I could not put them down. Hands down the pasta was the star though. I could not even take the time for a picture because it smelled so good. You would have just seen a blank plate scraped clean. Enjoy!
