I used to work at this clinic and to be honest when it first opened it was the best in our area the doctors we're young and had many many patients my mom tells me. But with time other clinics opened up in the area and they we're much more nicer and more advanced in technology which resulted in our clinic to be left behind. After many years in the practice the doctors are approaching retirement and it seems like they can't keep up, so all they have left are long time customers people that have been around almost as long as they have been in this practice. If you are looking for a family doctor that will listen and not rush through your visit, in other words old fashion, yes an old fashion family doctor then you should see Dr. A.B. Bautista and Dr. H. Carag. All my family see them because no matter how long they have been doing this they don't forget that we want a doctor that will listen and care. I gave the facility 3 stars because it needs a little remodeling and the pluming needs to be fixed the doctors get 6 stars!!!

He demonstrates a genuine care for the well being of his patients, doesn't rush through your visit and listens carefully to your concerns. While suffering from unexplained constant body aches, he took the time to ask deeper questions about the source. He found the cause to be stress/mild depression. Instead of drugging me up, he basically counseled me. He realized that my home life was a huge stress factor and suggested that I change my living situation to improve my health. I am so grateful to this day that he did not prescribe an anti-depressant. God only knows what kind of zombie I might have been instead of just getting motivated and changing the circumstances causing my stress. That may seem obvious but I had been to several doctors prior to Shaw that gave me a very poor /no diagnosis. He is a fantastic doctor and I will always be thankful.

Now after being told that AMITA will fix the billing errors we received a notice from their collection agency. My wife has moved on to a new health organization of which has pinpointed the root cause of her pain an has her on the road to recovery within 2 weeks. AMITA health should be ashamed of themselves.
