We had biweekly cleanings for 5 months, and things mostly went very well. However, towards the end when the owner didn't accompany her husband and the other employees they weren't as thorough with cleanings (spilled cat food and didn't clean it up, didn't vacuum cat hair on the stairs). We overlooked it as the owner would still come with them about every other time and things went well when she was there and the rate was good. However, the last time they were there they left the house and completely left our back door completely wide open and our cat got out. This was a huge oversight, and when I reached out to the owner about it she responded by saying that her husband said we would just leave our back door like that, so it was on us. Unfortunately, we couldn't move forward with using them regardless of how thorough she had been because when her husband was here he wasn't thorough and lost our cat (luckily we found her later that night), and he also didn't even respect us enough to own up to something he did or apologize, so we didn't feel comfortable having him in our home again. read more

I am extremely impressed how thorough and efficient Yeny was in deep cleaning my elderly mother's bedroom. My mother will be having Peritoneal Dialysis so it is incredibly important to have the room deep cleaned and completely dust free.
