The service is good, the food is great, the place is clean. These are the things I always observe in a restaurant every time I am going out. Been here with friends and we loved their food. Happy to be here, great service they have and I like it they have decorated tables and it attracts the customer so much. The price is very reasonable and contented with the time spent here. The food was great! I couldn't believe I found a place that served afternoon tea in DeWitt, AR. The store/restaurant is nice and clean. You sit at beautifully decorated tables in a small dining area that is lined with shelves of wonderful home decor and candles that can be purchased. The menu is simple but offers plenty for someone looking for a light lunch. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are plenty. All of the food is home made and FRESH. You don't get that quality of food at most other places. I enjoyed every bite. Unfortunately, I didn't eat fast enough because she ran out of angel food cake before I could order it. I also had some of their flavored iced teas...they were good. This would make a great place for ladies to enjoy lunch or tea with friends or family while shopping at the DeWitt square...or even if you were shopping in Stuttgart...it would be worth the short drive. It's a touch of class in the middle of rural Arkansas. Don't forget to shop after you eat. Like I said, she's got some great gift items to take home with you. I purchased a great purse and jewelry on my way out the door. Oh, one other thing...she had a book for cake orders up by the cash register. I believe she's taking orders for another lady who actually makes the cakes. Those cakes were gorgeous. I would definitely give them a call for birthday, wedding or any other special occasions.
