This place is one of the rudest places I have come across! I just today got off the phone with the…read moreowner. I gave them 46 towels to embroider 8 days ago, and they still hadn't even come close to getting anything done! I was told to call back in an hour because she was the only person that I could talk to. I called back in an hour. Every time I would call she was always BUSY with someone else! They have no organizational skills whatsoever! Every time I would call, she ( the owner) would have to take care of a problem instead of delegating or hiring someone else to either answer the phone or know enough about the business to deal with embroidery problems! Today I brought this whole problem to her attention, and she in no uncertain terms, told me she would not do my embroidery and that she would mail my towels back to me! She just lost a lot of money by not being courteous and saying she was sorry but that we were short staffed or something, but that's Evansville. It seems a lot of businesses do not know how to make the customer happy like they used to in the 50's & 60's! I will find someone who has some honor and integrity! Judy Estes
