I love living here but I have noticed over the years the association rules are not being inforced and because of that the gardens are looking rough. Even the pool area needs some major up dating. All the furniture needs replacing. If you walk around the neighbouhood there are many violations with the rules. read more

Jairus, the resident manager, has been known to hang up on you while we were expressing our concerns over the phone. We have had difficulty speaking with him in person as well. The Gardens are nice and the apartment is wonderful, but Jairus is a difficult resident manager to work with. read more

Beautiful, lush, cool and peaceful place to live. I've never had any problems communicating with Resident Manager Jerris, per previous reviews. Awesome gas grill in pool area, amazing jogging/walking trails. Pet and kid friendly. Maintenance fees are among the lowest on the island. read more
