I called the nursery last week to check on the shipping status and spoke with Jennifer, who couldn't have been any nicer. She updated me on the shipping status (delayed due to frost and freeze advisories/warnings) and let me know the plants should ship in the next day or two. The next day (Thursday) I received the shipment notification and the plants arrived Saturday. They were packaged beautifully in plant boxes. The plants arrived intact and well protected. They are starting to leaf out already and are beautiful. Thank you to Tim and Jennifer for their excellent customer service and for their care in packaging and shipping these plants! I wanted to order more but they are sold out! I'll definitely be ordering again in the future!

Nancy is lovely and very helpful. She had so much information on so many different varieties; I couldn't keep it all straight. I wish I had taken notes. We visited the farm specifically for deciduous azaleas. We haves some older plants that have survived over 20 years in spite of living in a heavily populated deer area. The deciduous varieties that we purchased at Hershey's, 'Gibraltar' and 'Marydel' are thriving after 6 weeks. The deer took a few nips (as expected), but then left them alone. We weren't interested in purchasing rhododendrons, but Nancy showed us a variety with lightly scented leaves, named 'Olga'. This is the real winner. Not even a nip from the deer!! Very healthy! If you are interested in some interesting azaleas and rhododendrons at great prices, visit Hershey's. If you live with deer and thought your days of enjoying azaleas and rhododendrons are over, visit Hershey's. Highly recommend.
