So later they were going to transfer my dad in ambulance to freeman hospital, I sat in the waiting room 45 mins to hour, no communication or nothing, I walk back up to desk ask and said I want to go back check on my dad, they said we already transferred him in the ambulance 45 mins ago, I was upset and that was my dad come on folks.

So I went to Joplin Urgent Care when they opened to get the cough checked. The doctor or PA gave me a prescription for cough medicine and some pills to numb that tickly throat feeling. Both helped! Mostly I was grateful for everyone's kindness at this clinic and their help in asking the pharmacy to fill the Rx quickly, so we could get back on the road.. Their main line of business is weight loss but they're also open for Urgent Care.

I even tell them the medication my regu doctor would order for me and they call it in to the pharmacy I use immediately. You can call ahead and schedule an appointmen, but on my last visit I was admitted in less than five minutes from walking through their doors. Wonderful Doctors and actually take the time needed with patients...It's nice and it honestly should be appreciated more because it's becoming a lost art.
