They stated that the resident orthopedic surgeon was not going to be back in the office for 4 weeks. They asked me if I knew of an orthopedic surgeon that could perform my surgery. I had no clue. I asked my buddy Nick, he highly recommended Dr. Russell LaFrance at Hamilton Orthopedics because his orthopedic sports surgical background. I called his office to make an appointment and explained my situation. In 2 days I met with him and 2 weeks later I had my surgery. Dr. LaFrance did an exceptional job performing my surgery. At my 2 week follow up appointment, he stated that I needed physical therapy to strengthen and regain full functionality of my arm. He referred me to RM Physical Therapy, he stated that "they know what they are doing" regarding the rehabilitation protocol for my arm. On my first day at RM Physical Therapy, I was assigned to my physical therapist-Erik Harris. Erik was amazing! He was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. With all humility, I want to give my most sincerest thanks and gratitude to Dr. LaFrance. He helped me when I really needed help the most!

She said, how would you not know if you had been here before... Why would I lie about asking for help finding the location? I also just spoke to her again and she exhibited similar judgement. I wonder why she is working with patients if she is not nurturing or helpful. I was 7 minutes late to an appointment and they also made me reschedule. I have since found a new Chiropractor with better manners, professionalism, and customer service.
