I am always greeted by name and have never waited for more than a minute or two for my appointment! The desk staff is so friendly and willing to answer any question I have whether it be regarding scheduling or insurance...they give you their gift of time! I have been going to Gardner Schofield for about 6 months and would recommend the practice to everyone. I had always been a bit skeptical about chiropractic care but finally realized that I needed to do something about my neck and back pain which are caused by arthritis. Not knowing who to go to, I went to see Dr. FJ after seeing his (and his wife's) ad in the paper. When I stopped in to make an appointment, Ashley was helpful and very flexible with scheduling. My first appointment consisted of gathering background information and X-rays. Brad took care of this and he's very friendly and explained what he was doing before hand. Dr. FJ is always smiling and friendly and appears very comfortable doing what he does. He's efficient and I find my adjustments to be painless. They are the best Chiropratic clinic of all time! Everyone there is kind, helpful, attentive, and very happy. It is such an uplifting experience. I have suffered from back pain for more than 20 years. I have also suffered from migraines,neck pain, chronic fatigue, and fibromyalgia for approximately 10 years. I had lost all hope of ever having a "normal" life. I couldn't work, I couldn't do housework, I barely made it to any family gatherings, and much more. I began to see Dr. Schofield in September of 2015 and will continue under his care for another month or so. I feel so much better in such a short amount of time. My husband was skeptical about chiropractors. After having cancer surgery, chemotherapy and hernia surgery he was done with doctors. He had such pain in his right shoulder he couldn't even reach above his head, he had so much tail bone pain he couldn't sit and watch TV at night. After being treated by Dr. FJ the pain has really subsided. He can sit with very little pain, most of his movement is back in his shoulder.
