The service is absolutely merveilleux with the wine and pickled cornichons and olives is another nice touch. The salmon with carrots, green beans and the beef stew were succulent and delicious. For dessert, the classic French crème brûlée topped it all. Three blocks from the produce markets and over looks the beach area. The room we had was #101 right near the pool with and outside entrance and small patio. The staff was awesome with meeting all our needs and made several arrangements for local travel, dinner, and rental car. I highly recommend this location. make sure you book via their website to get the free breakfast offer. If you use other hotel sites, the cost is 24 Euros. If you need airport transportation, they can arrange driver pickup in baggage claim. Wonderful experience!

Elevator was also tiny so we could not both fit with our luggage. They do have a deal with a nearby place for beach access but the price for that I feel could have been better. Overall still a great experience.

"VIEW, LOCATION, VIEW" The spot is perfect for the beach view and the angel for the sunset. Also, several of their room styles have a balcony, but I do recommend the privilege room which has 2 doors, longer balcony, and in higher floor. My family loves the views so much and we don't miss the sunset every day we stay. Besides that, their breakfast is worth trying as well with the option of $30 euros per person. Although, you may get a better bundle deal when booking, to me, I prefer not to for more chances to try local restaurants. The only downside is their room is tiny even, the privilege room, but the views beat everything else! Also, they don't have parking lot, but it's easy to call Uber for the ride.

Stayed here a couple nights in a sea view room which has a perfect view of the Promenade des Anglais. Room was very comfortable with a large balcony. The hotel toiletries smell great and there is an in-room Nespresso machine with different pods. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet downstairs with plenty of options including pastries and charcuterie. As it was February, the pool was not available but understandable as it is winter. The gym is serviceable, but has limited equipment. The hotel location is away from the hubbub of Nice, which is great if you do not like street noise. But it does mean a drive or tram ride is needed to get to the main attractions in Nice. Still, I rate this as my favorite hotel stay in Nice because of its sea view.

This hotel offers breakfast buffet for 29 Euros. It is continental breakfast. They have fresh fruits, different kind of sliced meats, eggs, omelettes and cereals. I would say pastries are really good worth trying them. In the afternoon, they have a tea station by reception desk. They have different kinds of tea bags that you can make tea. There are restaurants in walking distance of this hotel. Also, there is a grocery store close by in case you want to purchase snacks.
