First time using Garlington Florist and very disappointed. My husband ordered flowers to be delivered to my workplace has a surprise. He gave them a time frame of 8-4pm (8hrs) to have them delivered. I feel that is a reasonable amount of time. Well long story short I left work and no flowers/surprise. On top of that he had to call if he could change the delivery to home last minute. They finally showed up 4:50pm. Unfortunately, it was the first and last time we will be using Garlington if they can't commit to reasonable timeframes. The bouquet was pretty but an apology would have been nice. read more

When a family member died recently, I wanted to send flowers. I started to use the delivery company from the memorial website, but got distracted, so on the morning of the wake I hadn't sent anything. I called Garlinton at nine am, told the pleasant woman who answered that I would like to spend about $60. She took the information for the card, asked about adding a ribbon, and it was all set. I even had to call back to modify the card. When I saw the arrangement, I was amazed. It was absolutely beautiful and all the names on the card were correct. If I had physically picked out an arrangement myself, I don't think I would have sent something as tasteful as they did. With minimal effort on my part I came out smelling like a rose.
