They fail to disclose that they may use liner segments during chimney liner installation and do not inform customers that there is no warranty on labor if their installation fails. Evidence suggests they likely damaged the liner during a standard 25' installation and then concealed this by using segments and a coupler that ultimately failed. Their subsequent response, claiming that a visible gap in the liner does not constitute a failure, reflects negligence given the inherent fire risk. This information is intended to help the community encourage Jamison to improve transparency so future customers are not burdened with thousands of dollars in corrective repairs. We set a start date of early January 2023 and John began his work. We found John and his colleague to be extremely professional, prompt and thoughtful in their work. What's more - John asked questions and verified details with us as he went. There was no assuming what we might want, and he offered helpful ideas and recommendations. Working in a fairly tight space, John and his colleague were respectful of the fact that I work from home and, although construction noise is unavoidable when tearing down walls and what have you, they were not intrusive or blasting loud music as they worked. I sincerely appreciated their professional manner and dress because my mother lives with us and I am keenly aware of how strangers in the house might make her feel uncomfortable. They were so polite and respectful of her and my family. That cannot be said of all contractors. Now, the work quality: I'd rate it excellent or better. John took great care to ensure the quality of the work and materials would meet or exceed our expectations. He even found a better solution for some cabinets for us that matched the style we wanted without impacting the budget. The drywall work was excellent. He managed to match and/or mirror some intricate moldings to exactly what we hoped for. John also stayed late once or twice because he wanted to make sure the quality of the work was also up to his high standards. Prior to hiring John, we had another company work on a basement renovation. The comparison was like night and day. The company handling the basement took too long, cost too much and the quality of both the work and the workers was not good. Brady Property Services was a study in contrasts with John's work completed in a timely manner, staying within a reasonable budget and producing outstanding quality in the work itself. We have more projects to complete, and John will now be our first call for all of them. I highly recommend him.

They were highly rated and the pictures were beautiful, however the conversation with those landscapers were so dull. Then Ami arrived! When I asked him for advice and delivered ideas, I was greeted with optimism and great imagination! Ami is quite artful (even in his personality and words) and knowledgeable about his craft. Very fun and comforting to work with. I made a huge mistake by adding about 480 cubic feet of dirt along the bordering gate in my backyard - naively hoping to build an XXXL raised garden bed. Ami was the only professional who disagreed. All the dirt was removed from the gate the next day! He indeed saved me from damaging my gate and losing tons of money in months to come. His insight is trustworthy. Regarding execution, the work was done incredibly fast and well. Ami's crew is friendly, considerate and even thoughtful about some parts of my yard that wasn't even discussed. Very proactive and kind.
