The technician came out on the scheduled date, looked at the microwave and said " I can't do this by myself" I will have to order the parts and come back with a helper. After the holidays (One month since the service request was ordered) we called them and we were told "we got in a bunch of parts, if yours are in that batch we'll call you to schedule an appt." a few days later we got a call at 3:45 pm. to complete the repairs and they wanted to schedule us for the next day at 9:00 AM. we weren't available for the next day due to such short notice. We finally got them to come out to our home on Monday 01/08/2018, after pulling the microwave out (it's an oven microwave combo) and working on it for 3 hours, the technician asked that we test it to make sure it was fixed. Guess what? it didn't work. The technician said he would have to come back with "someone that knew about these type of appliances" Are you kidding?! We scheduled for this morning 01/11/2018 at 9:00 AM to complete the repair once and for all. When they hadn't arrived at 11:30 AM, I called them and was on hold for 15 minutes before they even answered the call and then I was hung up on, Not one , not twice but three times. Finally I got through to them and was told by their receptionist that they would not be coming to our home today, that the best they could do is schedule us for tomorrow. We promptly called our home warranty company and asked that we be assigned to another appliance repair company. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

They showed up and vacuumed up the water with their truck in no time. The fans they left were REALLY loud but did the job. Came back on Sunday morning to check. The two guys were professional and did a good job. Wish those fans weren't so loud but they acted so quickly it kept my walls and carpet from being damaged. They didn't repair the hole they cut in the drywall under my sink but they gave me the name of a contractor that does insurance work.
