I don't what Mr Garrison's ethics are with selling insurance, but Don't use him as a Notary!! He will tell you to send him documents and he will choose what's appropriate for your needs and then has something else notarized. A simple phone call to confirm was all it would have taken. In addition, he doesn't even send you back a complete document which makes the entire document completely useless. His response is that he doesn't verify or validate the document.
