I took my dog to get neutered by this mobile Pet Vet and although it was cheaper than every other…read morevet in the area, my dog now has a perforation in his trachea where she clearly "allegedly" shoved the breathing tube down his throat for this simple neutering procedure. You can actually hear the perforation flapping as he breaths. He also vomits soon after he drinks water and isn't as chipper as he once was. His eyes are sunk in and I suspect he's always on the edge of dehydration because of the water vomiting. I now have to take him to another vet to fix this issue, which is going to cost me hundreds of dollars or more to fix The Pet Vet's careless screw up. They let me drop my cat off for an exam and urinalysis first thing the following morning. My cat wasn't able to produce enough so they offered to keep he over night for a better sample. The following day they gave me an update and let me know they didn't see any abnormalities that would suggest serious illness and also gave her a shot for UTI just in case. And my little fur baby is doing great! My cat is a nervous cat too and they went above and beyond to accommodate her during her stay ensuring she had a quiet place to sleep and a bed! Amazing customer service and pet care! Thank you guys for taking such good care of my fur baby and helping her get back to good health!

Basic exam is $85 which does not include x-rays.( which I will absolutely need based on there being respiratory issues.) and for three x-rays they want an additional $180. Not including the plan of treatment.... They seem more focused on the subject of payment in the actual issue. When I called it was about 1015 in the morning. The only opening they had would be at 11. I'm about an hour away as I told them she asked if I could still get there, but if I didn't make it on time, I didn't have much wiggle room. So not only did she expect me to somehow safely double the speed limit to try and make this very small time slot with an emergency going on in the background. So what? I should just throw all my eggs into one shitty basket race towards Harvey and hope that my credit card goes through. I understand veterinary services require compensation clearly. But charging an exorbitant amount of money to essentially take inside pictures of a cat chest that I could have ChatGPT diagnose for free. Is the same as holding peoples pets health at ransom. Again, most of this is venting because I understand everything cost money, but I absolutely could not stand the person I was talking to on the other end that didn't seem to have a single ounce of compassion in a job that should probably require you to have the most compassion. Honestly, the whole vibe of the phone call was just disgusting. I'm actually pretty glad I got an idea of what this place would be like over the phone before driving twice the speed limit to come down and deal with this crappy attitude and energy in person. Thinks at least for that guys. It does make you look even worse that you're pretty much the only emergency vet clinic within two hour driving time and you're still gonna hold people hostage with ridiculous prices and then not even really being able to estimate the cost of a pretty basic medical problem for cats, a respiratory issue, I'm sure they should've dealt with one of these before and been able to estimate an approximate that this was gonna cost me over $400 in 2 1/2 hours of driving for a cat with a cough. I would just reevaluate the way you deal with customers and potential customers because about 10 seconds into the phone conversation I could already tell the bullshit you guys were on.

They even had a doggy door in their kennel so that they could go outside whenever they wanted. We were gone for 10 days and when we got back, our boys were happy to see us, but not anxious like other places they have stayed at. The employee that checked us out gave us a full report of how we'll behaved our Toby and Tater were. I would definitely bring my boys back.

Her regular vet couldn't get her in & I started making calls. No office in town could see her same day & we weren't comfortable waiting. These guys are about an hour from me. When I explained the situation & travel time, they offered a same day appointment in 3hrs. We were advised over the phone of their covid-19 precautions: Call on arrival from parking lot for an escort to exam room once it's prepared Mask must be worn at all times Only 1 person in with the patient We followed the directions & the wait in the lot was minimal. There was sanitizer on entry. All staff were friendly, gentle, thorough & professional. The care was excellent & pricing was lower than expected. We return Monday for a progress check and full script at that time. At this point, I'm planning to permanently move care for this cat to Dr Ashley & keep our other cat with her local vet. The smaller practice lines up well with her needs & her ears are doing great again! If you're in the market, I'd highly recommend them!

Not sure if my animal would have made it had we not switch hospital in which he received care. Finally got the necessary care he needed elsewhere. Call around, take a drive somewhere else. Don't give this vet the opportunity to take your pet from you forever.. Pinkerton was a wonderful place to bring your pet 15-10 years ago.. it's not the same establishment. I scheduled a visit with them because my female cat seemed like she was going into heat...after she was spayed at another clinic in January. We researched it and figured that the clinic might have missed some ovarian tissue. Pinkerton suggested they do an exploratory surgery and get any ovarian tissue out if still inside. We went to pick our cat up today, and the Dr told us he couldn't find anything. THEN he suggested we do testing on bloodwork to see if she is still producing estrogen. WHAT?! Why would this have not been suggested in the first place!? I would have opted for that rather than having her cut open for no reason! And if it tested positive after today, then I guess she would get cut open a 3rd time. Nope. Money hungry vet clinic.
