The only thing I…read morecan say good about the company is that Zach the owner answered immediately and scheduled me on a Saturday to have people here on Monday. But Sparkle does not charge by the hour but with a flat rate. So I paid a discounted price of $155 for what they call a standard cleaning. And believe me it was very standard. Anything they did I could've done myself. And they even missed some things like taking out my garbage cans. Plus, they didn't do some of the things listed, such as washing the cans inside and out. Three women came in and cleaned this standard cleaning and took 45 minutes. It was basically the mindset of the owner of how fast can we get a house cleaned for the most money. My major problem was the price I paid for the job that was done. The standard cleaning was very, very very basic and didn't include things I would've done if I was cleaning my own bathroom. And I'm not a good cleaner. I would not hire them again at all or recommend them.

They left dead bugs (ants) in every room of the house, didn't clean cabinets, didn't do light switches, didn't sweep or mop , the house smelled horrible and when we walked through with the lady to show her things she missed she said oh I'll get there and then would disappear! We had to call and have them come out a second time and they still didn't clean anything they were asked to clean! How hard is it to clean an empty house?? Our real estate agent made the lady come back a third time and as I walked her around the house she told me there must have been someone in the house because none of the dirt was there before! Are you kidding me! It's an empty house!!! They came with one spray bottle that was empty and one dust cloth! That's it!! It would be a big mistake to hire these people they have no idea how to clean and when it was all said and done I cleaned the empty house myself! Not sure how to post pictures but I have 21 of things that never got cleaned!
